On 04/27/08 the Frankfort Police Department took a report regarding a suspicious person. It was reported that a 10 year old girl was
approached by a white female with collar length blond hair driving a small white vehicle. The unknown female pulled her vehicle up to
the girl and asked her if she wanted a lollipop. The girl ran back to house screaming and immediately notified her mother of the
incident. The girl believes that the first two digits of the license plate were IN and that the car had an oval blue emblem surrounded by
a silver frame on the front of the vehicle. The girl has never seen the vehicle or the unknown female before. The Frankfort Police
Department searched the immediate and surrounding areas, but did not locate the vehicle or the unknown blond female.
Please remember to practice stranger awareness with your children and ask them what they would do in these types of situations.
